Nutrition drinking is the best one for runners and doing exercise persons. In a day, we do a lot of work, such as running, walking, go hiking, do in farms… These jobs consume the big energy of us, if we don’t have any way to restore our energy lost, we will be exhausted soon and we can not work any more… To get energy lost, we must eat nutrition food, drink nutrition drinking which can bring the best energy, vitamin to our body.
Best nutrition drinking we need:
There are a lot of good food, drinking for us after hard walking, hard doing exercise… I have the best nutrition drink that I have made for me to drink. These are recipe, ingredient, way that I made it.

Recipe and ways to made the nutrition drinking:
– Choosing one or two oranges, one egg, 50 – 70 ml of honey, 100 ml boiled water (has just taken out of stove, cooker):
– cut each orange into two piece then press oranges to get orange juice:
– taking egg yolk, honey into a glass, then spin them around 10-15 minutes (by manual),;5 minutes by spinning machine:
– Egg yolk has pined, orange juice
– egg yolk spined, honey and orange juice are mixed each other:
This is recipe to make the nutrition drinking for us to use after hard working times. This is the best nutrition drinking that I am making and using.
Must be drink in the Morning, from 5h00 to 7h00 so that it can be observe to our body well.
Persons who are in stomach do not use.
